If your business/company is planning to sell items at the festival, you will need to have the following additional documents turned in with your application:

  • 2017 SRPMIC Business LicenseĀ (Click Here)
  • Certificate of Insurance – $1 million policy & list Salt River Fields as additionally insured
  • List of items (please reference page 2 of application for prohibited items)
