Season Ticket Holders
Tickets and parking will be returned to an account credit for you to use to re-purchase 2022 Spring Training tickets. Any unused credit will be automatically refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets, 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Spring Training Season. You will retain the ability to purchase your original seat locations for the 2023 season regardless if you purchase any seats for 2022 or not.
Tickets purchased in-person or over the phone at Salt River Fields Box Office
Tickets will be automatically refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets, 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Spring Training Season.
Group Tickets
The group leader (individual who purchased the initial block of tickets) will receive a refund for the dollar value of the tickets based on the original method of payment 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Spring Training Season. In turn, the group leader is responsible for refunding the individuals in his or her group directly.
Internet Purchased Tickets – Ticketmaster, Dbacks.com, Rockies.com:

Third Party Vendors (Stubhub, Vivid, etc) – tickets must be refunded directly with vendor.
