Do I need an MLB account to use the MLB Ballpark app? 

Yes. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an MLB account. An MLB account is free and easy to create directly from the MLB Ballpark app.

TO VIEW YOUR TICKETS 

  1. Download the MLB Ballpark app from the Apple App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play Store (Android users) 
  2. Open the MLB Ballpark app on your phone 
  3. Log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account with the same email address used to buy your tickets 
  4. You may need to verify your email address if this is your first time accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app. You can verify your email address by tapping the Settings gear from the top right hand corner of the Today tab, tapping on MLB Account, and tapping to send the verification email. 
  5. A verification email will be sent to the email address requested. Tap on the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in Ballpark 

That’s it! All of the tickets will be available in the Wallet tab or the Today tab when the game is today! 

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into Salt River Fields, clear carry bags are encouraged. Those carrying clear carry bags will be allowed entry into the park much faster. 

  

Salt River Fields regulations allow only soft-sided bags and containers 16″x16″x8″ or smaller to be permitted in the gates.  All permitted bags are subject to search both upon entry and within the ballpark. All gates utilize “Bag Check Lanes” for guests carrying permitted bags. Salt River Fields regulations also prohibit guests from bringing certain items into Salt River Fields. 

 

PARKING INFORMATION

If you have not yet purchased parking, the fee is varies for each parking lot and attendants are available for payment. 

Accessible shuttles will also run from parking lots to the closest entry gate. Services and times are subject to change based on operational needs.  

 

ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING 

Designated ADA parking spaces will be available within all parking lots at Salt River Fields.  All qualifying ADA patrons are eligible for one parking space in all parking lots if you have a disability access parking placard. If you have a pre-purchased parking pass, please park in the parking lot indicated on your parking pass.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Outside food or beverages 

Sticks or clubs (except walking stick or canes – per MLB guidelines) 

Weapons, fireworks, glass bottles or aluminum cans 

Hard-sided coolers or containers, regardless of size 

Tri-, dual- or single-leg pods by non-media personnel, including “selfie sticks” 

Fish nets/poles, umbrellas or signs attached to sticks 

Bullhorns, noisemakers or confetti 

Animals, except service dogs for guests with disabilities are permitted. 

Beach balls, balloons or inflatables 

Skateboards, rollerblades or shoes with wheels 

Stools or metal folding chairs 

Squirt guns or bubble-making liquids 

Laser pointers 

Operation, possession and/or use of unmanned aerial vehicle, unmanned aerial system, remote controlled aircraft, drones on or over Salt River Fields property is prohibited. 

Other items not specified on this list as deemed prohibited by management. 

Gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.  


AUTOGRAPHS

Autographs along both foul lines are allowed in limited capacity. Fans seeking autographs must remain in the second row. See any guest services staff member for questions.  

Fans can get autographs from selected home team players during their scheduled autograph sessions on the concourse, outside of each team facility at least 40 minutes before first pitch. 

Salt River Fields will be a CASHLESS facility for the 2025 Spring Training season.  All concessions, retail points of sale and parking attendants will be cashless. 

In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google and Samsung pay. 

Guests are able to exchange cash for SRF Bucks at the 210 information kiosk. SRF Bucks are valid at any concession stand and team shop.
